Shrinkage,Spirality, Twisting, Gsm, Fenylik Yolo, Brush Problems and Remedies
Twisting :-
If you wear a twisting of a cloth, then it will be rewarded by finishing the compacting angle of the cloth. If it does not pass, then the cloth can be stilted with a full angle in the slitting and compacting it with a full angle, if you do not pass it then you will pass 80% dry trumpet.
SHRINKAGE : -
If you apply Shrinkage in the length of a cloth, then finish the fabric by completing the dia + finish.
For example: if L-10 is diya 3 inches + then the shrinkage will pass. If you wear a widet in a cloth, then you will get better results if you work in the same way. If you wear two lengths and width in a cloth, then it will pass 90% drier to the cloth and in the case of Shrinkage it can be done. If every 1 inch dia (+) or (-) shrinkage decreases
by 1.5%.
Pilling :-
If the pilling grade is very bad in any cloth, singeing that cloth,good results can be achieved by slowing down the speed, if worse then, then set the heat before setting it, then after singing it, then enzyme, then the result of good results Can be found.
Phenolic yellowing :-
If a cloth is yellowing, then both the dyeing and finishing of the cloth should be of non-ionic softener. If a cloth fails the test and if its grade is 2-3, then using that non-ionic softener, the PH will pass 3-4 after using the chemical in double padders.
Bush appearance :-
If a brush shows a brush, then after brushing the cloth, after silting it, after stenter then shearing, then again stenter and compacting it will result in good results. Even if the Appearance is bad, then after dyeing machine a wash by clothing it, then silting it will pass through the stenter by finishing
Gsm:-
If Gsm is more in any cloth then Gm will fix it by decreasing the diaphragm and overfeed.
If there is less Gsm in a cloth, then it can be increased in Gsm by completing full normalization / full vibration in normal dye. If GSM does not increase then 50% drier 50% Wet Tumblr will increase GSM. If GSM grows after all the methods, then GSM will increase if you use urea, then if the gain increases, then the cloth will be discarded and the new clothes will be made.
