Learn some principles of checking fabric :

The following are the principles of checking fabric:

1.    1)   You need to know if the lab test and Approval shed are OK.

2.   2) The batch card of the fabric should be checked such as DIA, GSM, batch number, order number, color, and type of fabric.

3.     3)  Supervisor will confirm naps, dead fiber, hand feel, fabric type, bad smell are OK in the fabric.

4.     4)The supervisory team should be checked the GSM, batch number, order number, color, type of fabric.

5     5) When reporting on the Four Point System, 5% Running Shades, Color Uneven, Naps, Bad Smell, Side to Middle Shads, Le (Side Loose Middle Tight or Middle Loose Side Tight). 

                                                                    

         

        6) Made GSM Cutting and Change Shade or Shade Continuum Board.

7      7)  GSM check and make entry online.

        8)   Roll to Roll Shade, Rib, Collar GSM OK or Not OK to take the certificate to GPQ.

        9)   Delivery to Relax should be sent when fabric QC is passed.
